The conference is open for submissions in the form of short papers of 6-8 pages (Author Guidlines). Materials are submitted via e-mail: bcet@ldubgd.edu.ua.

The deadline is March 31, 2025.

All materials undergo an incoming similarity test and a review by the editorial board for relevance to the scope of the event.

Materials containing more than 75% of the original text are sent for double-blind review.

After reviewing and correcting the reviewers' comments, the editor sends the materials for a second similarity test and approval.

Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. 

The authors of the manuscripts declined by the Editor due to any reason (except for those that did not meet the requirements of similarity test) will receive an invitation for publication in the Bulletin of LSULS.

Conference fee: the cost for in-person participation in the conference is 500 UAH (12 €).

Proceedings will be published as part of the conference.

Publication fee will be announced later.
